Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling inquiries, and providing information about our hotel and surrounding area. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
  • Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Handle phone inquiries and reservations using phone systems with excellent phone etiquette.
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
  • Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions in the hotel management system.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are prepared for incoming guests.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing and data entry.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with hotel operations and guest services is an advantage.
  • A background in hospitality is beneficial but not mandatory; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are key attributes we seek.
