Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming experience and smooth operation at the front desk. This role requires excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for hospitality management. Bilingual skills and hotel management experience are highly valued to enhance guest relations and support our diverse clientele.

Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
  • Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and guest support
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate reservation records and update guest information in the hotel management system
  • Process payments accurately and handle cash or credit transactions securely
  • Ensure the front desk area remains organized, clean, and welcoming at all times
  • Assist with night audit procedures as needed to reconcile daily financial transactions
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations preferred; hospitality management background is a plus
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to communicate effectively with diverse guests
  • Excellent phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems
  • Knowledge of hotel software systems and reservation platforms preferred
  • Ability to handle night audit responsibilities when required
  • Hospitality or resort experience is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Professional appearance and demeanor with strong communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed

Pay: $17.85-$20.00 per hour
