Overview

We are seeking a friendly, professional Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Prior hotel or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided to the right candidate. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to assist our diverse guest base.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
  • Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, make reservations, and provide information
  • Provide outstanding guest services, addressing requests and resolving issues promptly
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations in the property management system
  • Handle guest complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary
  • Ensure the front desk area remains organized, clean, and welcoming at all times
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations

Requirements

  • Previous experience in front desk operations or hospitality is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to assist diverse guests
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and guest service software is preferred
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including evenings and weekends if required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
