Peanutbutter painting is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Estimator/Salesperson. With a focus on providing exceptional painting services to homeowners, we're looking for someone who can bring their expertise in both estimating and sales to the table. We are looking for someone who is hungry for growth and understands the opportunity of commission based salaries (where there is no ceiling to your income potential)

Position: Estimator/Salesperson

Compensation Structure: Commission Only on closed jobs with performance bonuses.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule appointments with homeowners to assess and quote their Painting projects.
• Conduct on-site evaluations, walking through the home with homeowners to gather necessary information for accurate estimates.
• Utilize our software and quoting calculators to generate detailed quotes on-site.
• Guide homeowners through the sales process, emphasizing selling and closing estimates on-site with a goal of achieving a 50% closing rate.
• Assist in lead generation through cold calling and door-to-door efforts when not conducting estimates.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless project execution from estimation to completion.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales and or estimating. (Bonus* if it's within the trades industry.)Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with homeowners.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in estimating.
• Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively to close sales.
• Experience or willingness to engage in lead generation activities such as cold calling and door-to-door outreach.
• Familiarity with using software and quoting calculators for estimating purposes.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Eagerness to learn & willingness to attend sales trainings.
