Job Opportunity:
We are looking for an HVAC Service Sales Representative to join our amazing team in Kelowna This role includes managing customer accounts, assisting with business development and carrying out HVAC sales, project management and various other day-to-day sales activities. Olympic Service, a division of Olympic International Sales, is rapidly growing, and we are seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our Kelowna team We specialize in servicing and maintaining HVAC equipment, such as Daikin Comfort, Daikin Applied, Aermec, and various other products. We pride ourselves in being a top-tier HVAC solutions provider, promoting high-level customer service and industry-leading technological assistance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Represent Olympic International Service at a professional level to new and existing clients.
- Prepare quotations and proposals for HVAC repairs, building assessments, control work, and preventative maintenance.
- Handle proposal renewals and follow up on pending quotations.
- Conduct sales presentations and meetings, either in person or over Microsoft Teams/Zoom.
- Conduct sales calls in the Kelowna Area; travel will be required.
- Review and discuss post-project details with clients to ensure all job tasks have been accomplished and that client satisfaction has been met.
- Provide solutions for enhancing project performance and proactively resolving issues.
- Maintain and improve sales and technical skills, industry knowledge, and product information.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Education, Licenses and/or Certification, Experience Required
- 2+ years of Sales or related occupational experience is required.
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in Engineering, Business, or Marketing is an asset.
- Trade experience (HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical) and/or knowledge of HVAC systems and the ability to demonstrate and discuss those with customers is an asset.
- Has a working knowledge and complete understanding of how to process orders, quotes, credits, and backorders on the computer (proficient Microsoft Office skills).
- Has a valid class 5 driver's license.
- Possesses excellent customer service and negotiation skills and is able to demonstrate effective selling methods.
- The ideal candidate is an energetic, self-motivated individual with a 'can-do' attitude, capable of multitasking and continuous learning, who understands sales processes and can work independently or as part of a team.
- Driven to provide exceptional customer service and solve problems.
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills, with personal agility and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to multitask, stay organized in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and follow through with deadlines.

Compensation: Base salary + bonus* (*conditions apply).
