About the Role

We are recruiting experienced leaders, investors, and business strategists to join our Board of Advisors. The board will provide strategic direction, market intelligence, and access to networks that support expansion, funding, and partnerships. Advisors will work directly with the CEO to shape long term strategy and strengthen institutional positioning.

Key Responsibilities


• Advise on growth, partnerships, and capital strategy


• Open business development opportunities through your network


• Guide organizational governance and leadership structure


• Join quarterly advisory meetings remote or in person


• Act as a strategic ambassador across healthcare government and enterprise sectors


• Support executive decisions with insight mentorship and introductions

Ideal Candidates


• Current or former C suite executive investor entrepreneur or board member


• Deep experience in consulting technology finance or healthcare


• Strong network of corporate or institutional contacts


• Ability to provide strategic insight and capital connections


• Commitment to innovation governance and ethical leadership

Compensation
