Exciting update from de Weerdt Consulting Inc.
As we prepare for our next stage of growth, I'm forming a small Advisory Board to provide strategic insights and help guide the firm's evolution.
de Weerdt Consulting is a micro-boutique consulting firm specializing in tailored growth strategy support for internal strategy teams, investors/PE firms, start-ups, and boutique consulting firms. Over the past four years, we've built impactful partnerships and delivered rigorous, practical recommendations through structured analysis and clear communication.
I'm looking for an Advisory Board Member with deep expertise in one of the following areas:
- Growing or operating a boutique consulting firm
- Corporate or internal strategy
- Growth strategy
- Private equity or investor perspectives
Experience working with start-ups and comfort navigating potential conflicts of interest are important.
This is a compensated, flexible advisory role (as little as one hour per quarter), with quarterly meetings beginning Q1 2026.
