Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This role involves engaging with customers to provide exceptional service, resolve inquiries, and support sales efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be bilingual in English and Spanish, and have experience in data entry, analysis, and upselling techniques. Duties

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services, ensuring customer needs are met effectively.
  • Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and transaction details accurately.
  • Utilize analysis skills to identify customer trends and suggest appropriate solutions or upselling opportunities.
  • Engage in upselling and cross-selling efforts to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
  • Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve overall service quality.
  • Support multilingual customers by communicating fluently in both English and Spanish when necessary.

Experience

  • Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated communication skills with the ability to handle diverse customer interactions professionally.
  • Experience with analysis tools or techniques that support understanding customer needs is a plus.
  • Knowledge of upselling strategies and sales techniques will be advantageous for success in this role. This position is integral to delivering outstanding customer experiences while supporting our company's growth objectives. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
