Brintnell Psychology – Plaza 167 Counselling & Psychology

10–15 hours per week · Flexible · In-person community outreach across Edmonton

Start Date: Mid-December 2025

Brintnell Psychology is growing, and we are seeking an experienced, confident, and self-directed Community Outreach & Marketing Lead to strengthen our presence in the healthcare community and grow our referral network.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who has done this before, understands healthcare outreach, and can confidently take the lead, bring structure, and guide our marketing efforts.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain strong referral relationships with physicians, medical clinics, physiotherapists/chiropractors, schools, community organizations, and other healthcare professionals

  • Develop and execute a community outreach strategy, including identifying priority locations and creating weekly/monthly routes

  • Represent Brintnell Psychology professionally and compassionately during in-person visits

  • Drop off posters, postcards, referral pads, and updated marketing materials

  • Promote programs, workshops, and upcoming service expansions (including our new Cy Becker clinic opening June 2026)

  • Track outreach activities, follow-ups, and emerging referral patterns

  • Collaborate with our marketing staff and assist in creating simple marketing materials (posters, info packages, etc.)

  • Provide regular updates, insights, and recommendations for growth

  • Help shape our long-term outreach systems as the clinic expands

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–3 years experience in community outreach, referral development, business development, or B2B relationship building

  • Healthcare or mental health environment experience is strongly preferred (private practices, medical clinics, physiotherapy/chiro clinics, community health, nonprofits, schools, youth programs, etc.)

  • Proven track record of establishing and maintaining referral networks

  • Comfortable speaking with physicians, clinic managers, school counselors, and other professionals

  • Experienced in planning outreach routes, tracking leads, and executing structured follow-up

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and lead outreach strategy without micromanagement

  • Strong communication skills and a compassionate, professional presence

  • Tech-friendly (Google Drive, email, simple CRM/spreadsheet tracking; Canva is an asset)

  • Valid driver's licence + reliable vehicle required

Hours, Start Date & Compensation

  • 10–15 hours per week, flexible daytime hours

  • Start date: mid-December 2025

  • Mileage reimbursement
