We are now accepting applications for a Team Coordinator of Community Supports within Outreach. This is a contract position for six months. The position is based on a 37.5-hour work week. Generally, the hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm, although some flexibility is required to work an occasional evening or weekend. The coordinator will oversee the resources to meet the individual's support needs and provide ongoing supervision and guidance to Outreach employees.

The ideal candidate will have related education and a minimum of 2 years leadership experience along with a clear knowledge of Person-Centered Planning, Positive Practices and Community Inclusion. Demonstrated experience with complex needs, FASD, Addictions and Inner City would be definite assets. Experience in the area of community building along with facilitation and training skills would be definite assets.

A Vehicle is Required, along with Adequate Insurance & Clear Drivers Abstract. Must be comfortable with commuting within the Edmonton area.

The successful applicant must provide a current clear Criminal Record Check with the Vulnerable Sector Search.

The starting salary range for this position is $60,000 to $63,500 and is commensurate with education and experience.
