Attaineo is in search of a highly motivated and committed Life Science Business Development Manager, who possesses the acumen to capitalize on their expertise in the North American pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device sectors. This individual will play a pivotal role in the expansion and development of Attaineo's Life Sciences division throughout North America.
The Business Development Manager's primary responsibilities will involve prospecting and presenting a comprehensive array of talent acquisition and recruitment solutions to clients spanning all facets of the life sciences domain. In close collaboration with our managing partners, you will be entrusted with the delivery of superior talent acquisition solutions to our clients.
We are looking for individuals who have experience identifying and cultivating new business opportunities through external sales activities, including but not limited to cold calling, prospecting, telemarketing, industry strategizing, and relationship cultivation.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and engage with prospective clients, introducing Attaineo's talent acquisition services and solutions.
- Drive revenue, profitability, and market share growth with key North American accounts by cultivating new business opportunities.
- Diligently follow up on all proposals and conduct client presentations as necessary.
- Develop Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) documents for contract negotiations, ensuring Attaineo's ability to deliver contracted services in accordance with client agreements.
- Foster strong and collaborative relationships with relevant Attaineo technical and sourcing team members.
Qualifications:
- Ideally possess a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or related degree.
- Demonstrated 5 years of experience in sales and/or business development.
- Proven track record in selling services, products, and/or staffing solutions within the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, and/or Medical Device industries.
- Successful history of prospecting for new business opportunities and achieving sales measurable KPI's.
- Established experience in developing new customer relationships, particularly within the Life Science/Medical Vertical.
- Exceptional skills in relationship development and value-based selling techniques.
- Outstanding presentation skills.
- Professional work experience within Life Sciences or related fields is advantageous.
