As a
Business Development Manager
, you'll lead the charge in expanding our managed Cloud & infrastructure services by:

  • Building strong relationships with enterprise clients and strategic partners
  • Help shape the go-to-market approach for our managed cloud and infrastructure services.
  • Collaborating with technical teams to craft tailored solutions
  • Owning the full sales cycle, from prospecting to proposal to close

Your ability to navigate complex sales cycles and engage with both business and technical stakeholders will be critical to success.

Key Responsibilities

New Business Development

  • Prospect and generate leads through your network, events, and outreach
  • Qualify opportunities and manage the full sales cycle
  • Generate new strategic partnerships
  • Lead proposal development and RFP responses
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams and presales to deliver compelling solutions
  • Leverage strategic partnerships to enhance offerings

Client & Account Management

  • Maintain and grow client relationships post-sale
  • Present new services and updates to existing clients
  • Ensure alignment between sales and delivery teams
  • Track pipeline and report on progress in CRM

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience in IT services, Cloud, SAP, or Infrastructure
  • Proven success selling consulting or managed services in the GTA
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems, public/private cloud, DBA, ITIL/Agile
  • Ability to engage both technical and executive stakeholders
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Fluent in English; French is a plus
