The Opportunity

The
Business Development Manager (BDM)
will play a critical role in identifying new growth opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue. This role acts as a bridge between sales, marketing, and leadership—translating market insights into actionable strategies that expand our footprint and increase profitability.

Key Responsibilities


• Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities and target markets


• Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals


• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders


• Develop and present customized service solutions and proposals


• Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts


• Collaborate with internal teams to support sales execution and service delivery


• Track pipeline activity and performance against revenue goals

Qualifications & Experience


• Minimum
3 years of sales and business development experience


• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets


• Experience in condominium management, real estate, or B2B services is an asset


• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills


• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a growth-oriented environment
