SOMMAIRE
Le directeur des opérations élabore, gère et offre des services de soutien à notre équipe des ventes. Ce rôle est responsable des services administratifs des ventes. Le directeur des opérations sert d'agent de liaison entre les clients, notre équipe des ventes et la distribution.
TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS
- Assurer le maintien de toutes les activités de ventes à la succursale.
- Former le personnel des ventes pour les systèmes reliés aux ventes, les bases de données et les processus connexes.
- Offrir un soutien aux clients, notamment le traitement des commandes, des avis aux clients sur les pénuries de produits, les dates de livraison prévues et les changements de prix.
- Mettre en place et maintenir la détermination des prix selon les politiques établies.
- Gérer le processus de recouvrement et maintenir la responsabilité générale pour les factures en souffrance.
- Assumer la responsabilité de toutes les activités liées aux comptes fournisseurs au sein de la succursale, y compris les dépenses, les stocks et les factures de transport, et les notes de débit.
- Préparer les rapports liés aux demandes des clients, aux tendances en matière de ventes, aux plaintes des clients, et aux problèmes de livraison ou de service.
- Aider les clients et les fournisseurs à résoudre les problèmes de commande.
- Gérer l'inventaire de la succursale, y compris le maintien au jour le jour des niveaux de stocks au moyen du réapprovisionnement afin d'atteindre les objectifs annuels de rotation des stocks.
- Occasionnellement, remplir d'autres rôles inférieurs au sein de la succursale.
- Accomplir d'autres tâches qui lui sont attribuées.
FORMATION ET EXPÉRIENCE
Exige habituellement un diplôme d'études secondaires ou un diplôme d'éducation générale et deux (2) ans ou plus d'expérience pertinente ou une combinaison équivalente.
CONNAISSANCES, COMPÉTENCES, APTITUDES
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office.
- Aptitudes marquées pour les communications et les présentations à tous les niveaux d'employés.
- Expérience de l'industrie et des ventes (atout).
- Capacité d'effectuer des calculs financiers et de produire des rapports.
- Capacité éprouvée de leadership et de savoir-être avec antécédents de résultats positifs.
- Capacité de gérer de multiples responsabilités et projets.
- Professionnalisme, autonomie et aptitude marquée pour les relations interpersonnelles.
- Éthique de travail exemplaire et capacité de prendre des décisions.
EXIGENCES PHYSIQUES
Peut exiger d'être sur appel les soirs ou les week-ends, selon les besoins.
RESPONSABILITÉ DE SUPERVISION : 5 à 10 subordonnés directs
