Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Operations Manager to join our team in Montreal, QC. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operational activities, ensure efficient resource allocation, and maintain compliance with company policies and procedures. This role includes managing operational budgets, analyzing operational performance, leading teams to achieve organizational objectives, and providing continuous improvement recommendations for enhanced efficiency. The Operations Manager will also foster communication across departments to ensure streamlined processes and operational excellence.

  • Operational expertise, including resource allocation, process optimization, and performance monitoring.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with experience in budgeting and operational strategic planning.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant digital tools and software used in operations management.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; prior experience in real estate services is a strong asset.
