Part-Time Dental Receptionist (Specialty Clinic)
The Opportunity & Schedule
We are looking for a highly professional, organized, and empathetic Dental Receptionist to manage the front office for our specialty practice.
Schedule: Part-Time (up to 32 hours per week, bi-weekly)
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Days: Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday (Every Other Week).
*For the right candidate, willing to provide more hours.
Qualifications
- Proven Administrative Experience: You have a solid background in office administration, preferably in a dental or medical setting. Experience with scheduling, patient management software (PMS), and general office duties is essential.
Strong interpersonal skills: This is the most critical part of your role. Our patients considering fixed arch implants often feel a high degree of anxiety and nervousness when taking the first step to call us. You must be friendly, genuinely compassionate, and highly comfortable connecting with patients on the phone, helping them feel safe and supported from the very first interaction.
Dental Knowledge: Familiarity with dental terminology, treatment coordination, and billing is a significant asset.
A Warm Presence: You are the first impression of our clinic—professional, and possess a calm demeanor that puts people at ease.
