Signal Hill Dental Centre, a thriving and privately owned GBT Certified practice, is on the lookout for an experienced & exceptional Dental Administrator to join our dynamic team. Two positions are available:

  • We are seeking coverage for alternate weekends - Saturdays from 8:00am to 4:00pm as well as Sundays 9:00am to 4:00pm.
  • We are seeking evening coverage Monday through Friday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking the initiative with recall calls and efficient follow-ups, showcasing your dedication to patient care.
  • Navigating predeterminations and diligently tracking treatment plans to keep our practice running smoothly.
  • Handling patient transactions and accounts receivable with precision and attention to detail.
  • Providing clear explanations of dental benefits, ensuring our patients are well-informed.

Requirements:

  • Relevant dental experience is a must.
  • Familiarity with Tracker or Cleardent is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
