What You'll Do

You'll play a key role in keeping the practice running smoothly and supporting both patients and clinical teams. Responsibilities include:

  • Restorative coordination and scheduling
  • Presenting treatment plans clearly and confidently
  • Verifying and processing insurance
  • Handling EOBs, pre-determinations, and estimates
  • Managing patient records and administrative tasks
  • Supporting front desk flow and patient communication
  • Collaborating with the clinical team to ensure seamless visits

  • Dentrix experience is required
  • Solid insurance knowledge and experience with dental benefits
