Nous sommes à la recherche d'un designer de mode créatif et rigoureux pour rejoindre notre équipe de design. Le candidat idéal possède une excellente connaissance des tendances actuelles de la mode, de solides compétences techniques en design et la capacité de transformer des concepts en collections innovantes et prêtes à être commercialisées.

Responsabilités principales

· Concevoir des designs de vêtements innovants respectant l'identité de la marque.

· Créer des mood boards, des croquis et des rendus numériques pour les collections saisonnières.

· Faire la sélection des tissus, des finitions, des couleurs et des matériaux pour le développement des produits.

· Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les patronistes et les prototypistes afin d'assurer une confection précise des vêtements.

· Assister aux essayages, examiner les prototypes et fournir des commentaires pour les modifications.

· Analyser les tendances du marché, les attentes et comportements des consommateurs et l'activité des compétiteurs.

· Collaborer avec les équipes de marchandisage, de production et de marketing tout au long du processus de création.

· Préparer les fiches techniques (tech packs) et assurer une communication précise et détaillée des spécifications de conception.

· Respecter les délais et livrer les conceptions en fonction des calendriers saisonniers.

· Présenter les concepts de création aux équipes internes et aux collaborateurs clés.

Qualifications requises

· Baccalauréat en design de mode ou dans un domaine connexe.

· Portfolio étoffé mettant de l'avant la créativité et les compétences techniques.

· Maîtrise des logiciels de design (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).

· Excellente connaissance de la confection des vêtements, des tissus et des procédés de fabrication.

· Excellente maîtrise du croquis, du drapé et de la création de patrons.

· Excellentes compétences en communication et en gestion du temps.

· Expérience dans le domaine du prêt-à-porter féminin.

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of current fashion trends, excellent technical design skills, and the ability to transform concepts into innovative, market-ready collections.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop original clothing designs aligned with brand identity.

· Create mood boards, sketches, and digital renderings for seasonal collections.

· Select fabrics, trims, colours, and materials for product development.

· Work closely with pattern makers and sample makers to ensure accurate garment construction.

· Attend fittings, review prototypes, and provide feedback for revisions.

· Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity.

· Collaborate with merchandising, production, and marketing teams throughout the design process.

· Prepare technical packs (tech packs) and ensure accurate communication of design specifications.

· Manage deadlines and deliver designs according to seasonal calendars.

· Present design concepts to internal teams and stakeholders.

· Required Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field.

· Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and technical proficiency.

· Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).

· Solid understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and manufacturing processes.

· Strong sketching, draping, and pattern knowledge.

· Excellent communication and time-management skills.
