Real Estate Receptionist

Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our real estate office as a full-time receptionist. Responsibilities include greeting clients, answering phone calls, managing emails, scheduling appointments, maintaining office supplies, and providing general administrative support to our agents and management team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and computer proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff or department.
- Respond to general inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar.
- Prepare and distribute documents, forms, and information packages for agents.
- Assist with MLS listing input, updates, and status changes as directed.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the reception area is tidy and organized.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier packages, and deliveries.
- Assist agents with printing, scanning, photocopying, and other administrative tasks.
Experience & Qualifications
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred (real estate office experience an asset).
- Experience with Real Estate Software such as Broker Bay, and Sky Slope would be an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and computer operations.
- Comfortable learning real estate software (e.g., MLS systems) and office equipment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
