Real Estate Office Receptionist

We are currently looking for an engaging, enthusiastic and service-orientated Office Receptionist to join our team at Century 21 Percy Fulton Ltd. Brokerage. This is an important role at the forefront of our brokerage where you will be the first contact for clients. Required hours of work will be Monday to Friday from 12 pm to 9 pm. Must be available for
Job Duties:
Operate a multi-line switchboard and direct/page incoming calls to the appropriate person
Greet and assist all clients in a friendly and professional manner
Process mail, faxes, couriers and deliveries in a timely manner
Book and Confirm Appointments with clients
Brokerload property listings to PropTx Realm (MLS)
Type legal paperwork such as offers/waivers/amendments with detailed accuracy
Registering new agents to BrokerBay and all other internal office systems
Other duties as required.
Requirements:
Post-Secondary education in Business Administration (ie. certificate or diploma) or a high school diploma combined with several years of relevant work experience
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Attention to Detail is a must
Strong computer skills (MS Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, BrokerBay, REALM/MLS, SkySlope, Authentisign, Docusign)
Strong ability to prioritize and organize your work, problem solve, and effective working independently
Excellent time management skills and ability to adapt to a fast paced environment
Must possess the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive material
Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism and tact in dealing with all levels both externally and internally
