Overview

We are hiring a motivated and organized Lead Conversion Specialist to manage inbound leads generated through Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms. This role focuses on calling new leads, conducting initial conversations, qualifying interest, and converting prospects into booked meetings with senior partners.

Full training will be provided. Prior real estate experience is an asset. This role follows a base pay plus commission structure, making it ideal for individuals who are confident communicators and motivated by performance-based earnings.

This is not a closing role. Your primary responsibility is first contact, follow-up, and moving serious prospects to the next stage.

Responsibilities

  • Call all inbound leads from Facebook, Instagram, website, and CRM
  • Perform initial discovery calls to understand buyer/investor intent, budget, and timeline
  • Qualify leads and categorize them as cold, warm, or hot
  • Consistently follow up via phone, SMS, WhatsApp, and email
  • Book qualified leads into meetings with Partners and Senior Advisors
  • Maintain accurate and detailed CRM records (Follow Up Boss preferred)
  • Schedule and coordinate calls and appointments efficiently
  • Ensure no lead is missed, delayed, or left uncontacted
  • Provide professional and confident communication at all times
  • Assist with light administrative tasks related to lead management

Experience

  • Experience in sales, inside sales, real estate admin, or customer service preferred
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and confidence speaking with clients and investors
  • Comfortable handling objections and asking qualifying questions
  • Experience with CRM systems (Follow Up Boss an asset)
  • Familiarity with Facebook and Instagram lead workflows is an advantage
  • Highly organized, reliable, and follow-up driven
  • Ability to work independently and meet daily activity targets
