ResponsibilitiesDans le rôle de responsable des ventes, vous êtes responsable d'atteindre les objectifs de revenus grâce à des activités de génération de clients potentiels et de conversion qui comprennent le développement et le maintien de relations, le partenariat avec les directeurs généraux/directeurs exécutifs et l'équipe communautaire, et cultiver une connaissance approfondie du client et du marché local.
- Gérer tous les aspects de la génération de clients potentiels, y compris la génération, la culture et le maintien de relations professionnelles externes avec les influenceurs locaux afin d'accroître la sensibilisation, la réputation et les connaissances de la communauté auprès des décideurs clés, ce qui se traduit par l'engagement de recommander des résidents potentiels.
- Collaborer avec le directeur général/directeur exécutif et équipe des ventes de division pour élaborer et mettre en œuvre un plan de vente et de marketing.
- Examiner et analyser les données de vente disponibles pour la communauté et le marché et utiliser ces données pour créer des objectifs et des plans d'action pour atteindre les paramètres de vente.
- Atteindre les objectifs établis pour toute conversion avec des clients potentiels et des baux tels que définis dans le plan commercial de vente et de marketing pour la communauté.
- Travailler avec des partenaires de recommandation rémunérés, comme Un endroit pour maman, pour développer et convertir des clients potentiels de sources de recommandation et de génération de clients potentiels professionnels à des candidats confirmés.
- Nous répondons à tous les clients potentiels en faisant un suivi en temps opportun et nous nous assurons que le système de gestion des relations avec la clientèle est à jour.
- Nous répondons aux demandes téléphoniques, à distance et en temps réel, dans la mesure du possible, et nous effectuons des visites sans rendez-vous et des visites planifiées avec des résidents potentiels ou des parties intéressées.
- Travailler avec le directeur général ou le directeur exécutif pour faciliter la formation et l'encadrement continus pour tout membre du personnel communautaire qui pourrait avoir besoin de répondre à un appel de demande ou de faire une visite sans rendez-vous ou planifiée, en faisant participer l'équipe communautaire.

- Promouvoir et animer des événements sur place et hors site qui stimulent la génération de clients potentiels et les visites communautaires.
- Gérer le budget de marketing communautaire et maintenir la marque promotionnelle inventaire des matériaux pour la communauté.
- Nous collaborons avec le directeur général ou le directeur général pour élaborer et maintenir un programme de recommandation interne efficace auprès des résidents
- Soutenir le directeur général ou le directeur exécutif en veillant à ce que la communauté, y compris tous les appartements disponibles, les appartements modèles, les aires communes et les terrains, soient préparés, commercialisables et conformes aux normes de l'entreprise.
- Gérer et mettre à jour le système CRM pour s'assurer que les renseignements détaillés sont entrés à partir de toutes les sources de clients potentiels.
- Négocier des incitatifs et des modalités de location avec les résidents potentiels ou les membres de la famille conformément aux normes de l'entreprise.
- Visiter régulièrement les concurrents et tenir à jour les renseignements selon les directives de l'entreprise.

In the role of Sales Manager, you are responsible to achieve revenue goals through lead generation and conversion activities that include developing and maintaining relationships, partnering with General Managers/Executive Directors and the community team, and cultivating a deep knowledge of the customer and the local market.
- Manage all aspects of lead generation, including generation, cultivation, and maintenance of external professional relationships with local influencers to increase awareness, reputation, and knowledge of the community with key decision makers resulting in commitments to refer prospective residents.
- Partner with the General Manager/Executive Director and Divisional sales team to develop and implement a sales and marketing plan.
- Review and analyze available sales data for the community and the market and use this data to create goals and action plans to achieve sales metrics.
- Meet established targets for lead and lease conversion as defined in the sales and marketing business plan for the community.
- Work with paid referral partners, such as A Place for Mom, to develop and convert leads from referral and professional lead generation sources to confirmed move-ins.
- Respond to all potential leads with timely follow-up and ensure the CRM system is up to date.
- Respond to telephone inquiries, remotely and in real time where possible, and conduct walk-in and scheduled tours with prospective residents or interested parties.
- Work with General Manager/Executive Director to facilitate training and continuous coaching for any community staff that may need to field an inquiry call or conduct a walk-in or scheduled tour, engaging the community team.
- Make outbound sales calls to potential leads with the intention of scheduling a community visit and move the sales process forward.
- Promote and facilitate on and off-site events that drive lead generation and community tours.
- Manage the community marketing budget and maintain promotional branded material inventory for the community.
- Collaborate with the General Manager/Executive Director to develop and maintain an effective internal referral program with residents.
- Support the General Manager/Executive Director in ensuring that the community, including all available apartments, model apartments, common areas and grounds are staged, marketable and aligned with Companystandards.
- Manage and update CRM system to ensure detailed information is entered from all lead sources.
- Negotiate incentives and terms of rental agreement with prospective residents and/or family members within the Company standard.
- Visit competitors on a regular cadence and maintain information as directed by the Company.
- May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned
- Baccalauréat dans un domaine connexe ou expérience équivalente serait un atout.

- Le poste exige des responsabilités de conduite (peut utiliser un véhicule ou un véhicule personnel fourni par l'entreprise ou un véhicule personnel).
- Doit posséder un permis de conduire valide.
- Doit satisfaire et respecter de façon satisfaisante les normes de la politique sur la politique des véhicules automobiles
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred.
- Two (2) years of direct sales experience with a proven track record of setting goals and achieving results.
- Skilled at creating relationships through various methods of communication including telephone, face to face, networking events, and on-site lead generation events.
- Exceptional persuasive problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel within the local market to attend various events for the purpose of developing lead generation.
- Proficient with CRM tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Position requires driving responsibilities (may use Company provided vehicle and/or personal vehicle).
- Must possess valid driver's license.
- Must satisfactorily meet and be in compliance with Company motor vehicle policy.
