Levitt-Safety is looking for a Sales Manager, Quebec to drive performance, lead a high-performing team, and grow our impact in the Quebec region.

About the Role:

As the Sales Manager for Quebec, you'll be responsible for leading a team of Field Sales Representatives in Montreal and surrounding areas. This is a strategic and tactical leadership role, where you'll coach your team, manage key accounts, and collaborate across departments to deliver exceptional safety solutions to our customers.

You'll work closely with our Eastern Canada Sales Manager, and partner with internal teams including Inside Sales, Customer Service, Product Managers, Service Managers, and more - to execute our sales strategy and drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team in Quebec through coaching, planning, and performance management.
  • Drive business results through effective territory planning, forecasting, and execution of sales targets and margin strategies.
  • Track and report on team performance using Salesforce and other analytics tools.
  • Manage key accounts, pricing, and customer relationships in the region.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align and support national sales and service strategies.
  • Participate in customer visits, industry events, and internal initiatives to strengthen Levitt-Safety's presence and reputation.
  • Continuously assess and improve operational and sales processes to maximize customer satisfaction and business efficiency.
  • Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and engagement.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience leading sales teams with a focus on coaching and performance improvement.
  • Strong understanding of sales operations, budgeting, and territory planning.
  • Experience working with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
  • Bilingual in French and English is a strong asset.
  • Knowledge of safety products, industrial sales, or a related field is considered a bonus.
  • Ability to build strong internal and external relationships and thrive in a collaborative environment.

Proficiency in both French and English is required for this position to effectively meet the needs of our Francophone and Anglophone customers, with a priority on serving our French-speaking clientele in compliance with Quebec's Charter of the French Language.
