We're looking for a polished, proactive individual to be the act as the front-line ambassador for the organization and provide essential administrative support. This is more than a reception role—it's an opportunity to join a

What will you do?

  • Welcome and assist visitors, guests, and tenants
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls
  • Coordinate courier packages and mail distribution
  • Maintain boardrooms and meeting spaces, including food service arrangements
  • Order and track office supplies and inventory
  • Prepare internal and external correspondence
  • Support event planning and special projects
  • Handle electronic filing and general office duties
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers
  • Provide administrative support to Corporate Services
