We're looking for a motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team The ideal candidate is organized, friendly, and eager to take on a variety of tasks. If you have an entrepreneurial mindset and love being a self-starter, this role is for you.

What you'll do:

  • Provide excellent customer service by phone & email
  • Staff management
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is required
  • Support daily office operations and administrative tasks
  • Assist with scheduling, data entry, and filing
  • Help manage social media and marketing initiatives (experience an asset)
  • Payroll and bookkeeping/financial duties

What we're looking for:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in marketing, social media, or administrative background is an asset
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Experience with Excel, Shopify, and Google Drive is an asset
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently as a self-starter
  • Someone that is willing to become knowledgeable about the products we sell and stay open to learning

Details:

  • 30–40 hours per week - Regular schedule being 32hr/wk
  • $20–$26/hr
