We are seeking a dedicated and professional 
Property Manager
to oversee a portfolio of residential rental and income-producing properties. This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional tenant services, optimizing property performance, and maintaining a high standard of building operations. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for tenants and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and delivering consistent results.

As the Licensed Rental PM in BC, you will be accountable for managing day-to-day operations, including tenant relations, lease administration, budgeting, and financial reporting. You will work closely with ownership and other team members to develop and implement strategies that maximize profitability while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a proven ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
