Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Administrator to join our team at Ora Smile Hygiene Clinic. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice, providing exceptional support to both staff and patients. This position requires a strong understanding of administrative tasks.

Duties

  • Manage day-to-day administrative functions within the dental office.
  • Schedule patient appointments and maintain an organized calendar.
  • Handle patient inquiries via phone systems and in-person interactions.
  • Maintain accurate electronic dental records (EMR) using ClearDent
  • Process patient information, including insurance verification and billing inquiries.
  • Support dental staff with administrative tasks to enhance workflow efficiency.

Skills

  • Proficient in administrative duties within a dental or medical office setting.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with patients and staff.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of phone systems and their operation in a busy office environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and improving office processes.
