Full-Time Position What You'll Do
  • Welcome patients with a genuine, friendly smile and set the tone for an excellent visit

  • Manage scheduling, appointment confirmations, and follow-ups with efficiency and care

  • Handle patient records, billing, insurance submissions, and payments with accuracy

  • Keep front desk operations running smoothly throughout the day

  • Work closely with other administrator and clinical team to support seamless, high-quality patient care

What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 1 year of dental administration experience

  • Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a patient-centered approach

  • Organized, dependable, and able to remain calm and positive in a busy environment

  • A warm, upbeat personality and a team-first attitude

  • Someone who truly cares about people and wants to grow with us
