What You'll Be Doing:

  • Managing daily front desk operations with professionalism and care
  • Coordinating patient scheduling, payments, and insurance processing
  • Using Open Dental and MaxAssist to maintain accurate, efficient records
  • Supporting both patients and clinical staff to ensure a smooth daily flow
  • Helping to create a positive, well-organized, and collaborative environment

We're a great fit if you:

  • Have at least two years of dental administrative experience
  • Are familiar with Open Dental and MaxAssist
  • Enjoy organization, communication, and problem-solving
  • Work well as part of a supportive team where everyone contributes

Schedule:

  • Full-time, five days per week
  • Two evenings per week
