Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. As an Office Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting administrative functions and enhancing the overall productivity of our team.
Responsibilities
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist with front desk operations, greeting visitors and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Provide administrative support by organizing files, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
- Proofread documents for clarity and correctness before distribution.
- Utilize QBO, Fullbay and a most current computer software
- Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in a office setting when applicable.
Skills
- Proficiency in data entry with strong attention to detail.
- Experience in an administrative role, preferably within a office environment.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to proofread documents for accuracy and professionalism.
- Competence in using computer systems and software applications, particularly Quickbooks and Fullbay.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with team members and clients.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00-$22.00 per hour
