The Role:
As an Administrative Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting our team and ensuring our office operations run smoothly. You'll be the first point of contact for clients, lenders, and partners – helping to maintain efficiency, accuracy, and excellent customer service throughout the loan process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries
- Prepare and process documents
- Schedule appointments and maintain client files
- Ensure all compliance and documentation requirements are met
- Keep CRM systems and databases up to date
- Perform general office duties (filing, scanning, data entry)
About You:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role (mortgage or finance industry preferred but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems
- A proactive attitude with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
- Having a mortgage broker license is advantageous but not required.
