Senior Analyst, GTM Finance

We're looking for a Senior Analyst, GTM Finance & Analytics to join our Phreesia Network Solutions group In this role, you'll provide the data-driven insights that help Phreesia understand, plan, and accelerate the growth of our Network Solutions business. Your work will guide revenue strategy, strengthen sales support, and influence high-impact decisions across the company. You'll blend deep analysis with meaningful cross-functional collaboration, partnering with teams in Accounting, Sales, Sales Development, Market Development, Marketing, and Insights & Analytics. What You'll Do: 

• Support the revenue forecasting process for Network Solutions including building dynamic financial models incorporating bookings to revenue, pipeline trends, and revenue pacing plans

• Develop detailed operating budgets for the sales & marketing organization

• Guide sales data architecture for optimal reporting and analytics

• Collaborate with Sales, Content Strategy, Analytics & Insights teams to translate financial insights into actionable plans

• Support monthly/quarterly revenue close processes, including variance analysis against forecast, budget, and prior periods

• Provide ad hoc strategic analysis including pricing decisions, new product launches, and scenario planning

• Build and maintain BI dashboards and surrounding data architecture to provide decision makers with easily accessible, digestible information on business performance and trends

What You'll Bring:  

• Bachelor's Degree or higher with 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, FP&A, sales operations, or other related financial fields.

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in data analytics or working with large datasets.

• Expert-level Excel skills, including advanced financial and data modeling.

• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools is preferred 

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

• Highly organized, disciplined, and process-oriented, with strong personal and professional integrity.

• A motivated self-starter with a strong sense of ownership.
