Senior Data Scientist I, GTM (United States or Canada) As a Senior Data Scientist focusing on Go‑To‑Market (GTM) initiatives, you will drive data‑informed strategies that optimize customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will work closely with Marketing, Sales Development, and Revenue Operations teams to analyze campaign performance, build predictive models, and identify opportunities to enhance lead quality and conversion. Your insights will directly influence top‑of‑funnel efficiency and pipeline health, helping the company scale its customer acquisition efforts. This role requires both strong technical expertise and the ability to communicate complex analyses clearly to stakeholders, in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. Accountabilities Design, build, and maintain predictive lead scoring models to prioritize high‑intent prospects Analyze marketing campaigns and GTM performance to optimize spend, efficiency, and ROI across channels Conduct deep‑drive analyses of sales and marketing funnels to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement Partner with Rev Ops to enhance data infrastructure and establish robust measurement frameworks for GTM activities Communicate insights and actionable recommendations to marketing and sales leadership to inform strategy and tactics Translate ambiguous business questions into structured, statistically rigorous analyses, including causal inference and predictive modeling Requirements 4+ years of experience in data science or analytics, preferably focused on marketing, sales, or GTM analytics Strong understanding of B2B marketing and sales funnels Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and modeling Solid statistical, analytical, and problem‑solving skills High autonomy, ownership, and ability to work effectively in cross‑functional, ambiguous environments Excellent communication skills to present complex findings clearly to non‑technical stakeholders Bonus: Experience with Looker, Hex, dbt, or predictive modeling for lead scoring, marketing mix modeling, or sales funnel optimization Benefits Competitive base salary with equity opportunities Comprehensive healthcare, dental, and mental health support tailored to your region Parental planning resources and retirement savings options Generous paid time off and flexible work arrangements Inclusive, diverse, and supportive work culture Opportunities for professional growth, learning, and impact within a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment About Jobgether Jobgether is a Talent Matching Platform that partners with companies worldwide to efficiently connect top talent with the right opportunities through AI‑driven job matching.
