Job Overview

Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join the team. The ideal candidate will possess and demonstrate exceptional in person or over the phone communication skills.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving business, engaging with clients, and promoting our technology/financial solutions. Your ability to build relationships and deliver outstanding customer service will be key to your success in this role and will pay you in the long term in the mid 6 figures.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full sales cycle from initial contact to deal close, client management following
  • High inputs with chosen contact/prospecting method. Freedom to do what you know you are good at, results are the most important.
  • Operate with a business owner mindset; you will be a T1 employee and expected to look after own taxes and results. If you do not work or do not have the drive to achieve you will not be successful. You will be given guidance along the way.
  • Above all else, close deals This is very rewarding if you work hard and you will be given grace to get there, it will run you over if you do not.

Requirements

  • Must be tax registered in Canada currently - no sponsorships unfortunately
  • Competitive background, either previous sales or sports are great starts. Car sales, telecom, advertising or medical device sales are all excellent starts. Fresh business grads are also welcome to apply.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, secondary languages are a plus but not expected.
  • Outgoing personality, must be able to strike a conversation, maintain friendly demeanour, take consultative approach effectively.
  • Must be located in western Canada hubs, Calgary is preferred but cities like Edmonton, Vancouver and others would be considered.
  • Start in January

Year one realistic OTE $55K - $125K dependent on level of work you put in. Commission + a monthly recurring residual on your accounts that you build on how you price, no cap to split. By year 3-4 see $250-400K annual.
