Job Description
This company is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Premium Sales Executive to join a dynamic team that creates exceptional experiences in the sports and entertainment industry. The Premium Sales Executive will play a key role in generating new business, cultivating client relationships, and delivering memorable premium experiences across five renowned entertainment brands.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development with a primary focus on hockey games and live concerts.
  • Sell rental suites and other premium experiences to corporate and community partners.
  • Host clients during events to build relationships and ensure exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to establish and achieve strategic sales goals.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations that emphasize return on investment and customer value.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Assist with ticket packaging, administration, and in-game promotional support.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and community events.
  • Continuously identify new ways to enhance client experience and increase sales.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and contribute to a respectful and inclusive team culture.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced sports, entertainment, or hospitality environment.
  • Customer-focused approach with a proven ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confidence in presenting and negotiating with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and event schedules.
