Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and passionate Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team and oversee all kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and restaurant management, with a proven ability to create exceptional dining experiences. As the Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for menu development, staff training, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Oversee all aspects of food handling and preparation to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff in cooking techniques, food presentation, and sanitation practices.
  • Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain kitchen operations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment that adheres to health and safety standards.
  • Implement cost control measures while maintaining high-quality food production.
  • work the line during high volume periods to control brand standards & food quality

Experience

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a professional kitchen environment.
  • Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and menu planning.
  • Extensive knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry.
  • Previous experience in restaurant management or hospitality is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with staff and guests.
  • A passion for culinary arts and a commitment to delivering outstanding dining experiences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
