HQ Taphouse is looking for a full time Kitchen Supervisor / Team Leader that will be hands on in producing good looking and delicious food, following recipe specs, staff development, and order fulfillments. Previous kitchen experience is a must and very much valued.

**Responsibilities of Kitchen Supervisor/ Team Leader**:

- Prepare menu items for daily services
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Maintain high standard of for quality and presentation
- Support with training and development of new kitchen staff
- Prepare inventory and produce list/orders
- Maintain a supportive and inclusive work environment
- Support kitchen staff members with any daily problems or concerns
- Assist kitchen manager with daily operations
- Report to Kitchen Manager/General Manager

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
