The Wing Spot is looking to hire an enthusiastic kitchen hand for our restaurant in downtown Barrie
- Food service industry experience is an asset
- Multi-tasking between orders and fulfilling order requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Complete all work related tasks and duties required to successfully execute menu item production.
- Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, prepping chicken)
- Clean up station and stock the station
- Ability to manage inventory
- Comply with kitchen manuals, recipe and prep sheets, daily work sheets, kitchen procedures, cleaning schedules and all other duties required to successfully execute daily routines in an efficient kitchen.
- You have the ability to support operations in the kitchen or step it up and lead when required
- Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)

**Please note - Applicants must have open availability. Willing to work mornings and evening shifts.**

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $15.50-$17.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Cooking: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)
