Role Description

This is a remote role for a Graphic Designer & Social Media Analyst at Espotz. The role involves creating videos, reels shorts, graphics, designing logos, managing branding elements, implementing typography, and analyzing social media trends. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day graphic design tasks and social media strategy implementation to build a strong & engaging community. Various social media handles like Instagram, Linkedin, Discord, Twitter.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic & Video Content Creation

  • Design Instagram & LinkedIn posts, Twitter banners, Discord updates
  • Create short-form reels, event teasers, and esports content highlights
  • Use Canva/CapCut/Adobe Express to design platform-specific creatives

Social Media Management

  • Post consistently across Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, and Discord
  • Draft captions, plan posting schedules, and manage content calendars
  • Collaborate with the team for regular updates and campaigns

Growth & Community Engagement

  • Monitor analytics to understand post-performance
  • Identify esports trends, memes, and format styles
  • Engage in Discord servers and gaming communities
  • Follow competitors and draw content inspiration

Campaign & Idea Generation

  • Propose campaign ideas (memes, giveaways, spotlight series, etc.)
  • Run interactive content like polls, quizzes, challenges
  • Repurpose content across different formats and platforms

  • Design: Heygen, Veo, Chat GPT, Synthesia, Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, Figma
  • Scheduling: Meta Business Suite, Buffer, TweetDeck
  • Analytics: Instagram Insights, Twitter Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics
  • Planning: Notion, Trello, Google Calendar
  • Trends: ChatGPT, Google Alerts, Discord, ElevenLabs

Requirements

  • Basic experience in graphic design and short video creation
  • Strong interest in esports/gaming culture
  • Good sense of design, typography, and social trends
  • Self-motivated, organized, and proactive
  • Comfortable working 6 days/week, 6–8 hours/day
