Our client is looking for an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Lead to join its growing marketing and communications team.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communications, the Digital Marketing Lead will be part of a collaborative and conscientious team, working directly with our Digital Media Specialist, Communications Specialist and Graphic Designer.

The Digital Marketing Lead will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing data-driven marketing strategies and campaigns to build and protect the companies corporate reputation while supporting its business growth. You will lead digital marketing efforts including our CRM strategy using Microsoft Office Dynamics 365, our SEO, email, website, and social media channels, analyzing data to optimize performance. This individual will also play a key role on our digital transformation project, with a focus on B2B marketing, including customer acquisition and content marketing.

The successful candidate must have experience with strategy development, campaign management, content creation, digital analytics, a "can do" attitude and be comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels.

Position Details

Reports to: Director, Marketing and Communications

Develop and manage annual marketing plan and budget that aligns with strategic priorities. Leverage our customer insights and segmentation models, industry issues and competitor information to identify business growth opportunities, and build a customer journey strategy, lead generation and digital communications. Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including managing and mentoring the team on content creation, SEO, advertising, website, email, and social media (LinkedIn and Twitter) campaigns. Collaborate with the website development team to enhance user experience (UX), improve website performance, and build lead generation. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) of all marketing initiatives and track campaign performance, analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and plans to help build awareness of corporate reputation and innovative service offering. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns that align with overall business objectives. Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and marketing best practices. Leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and stay ahead of the competition. Work on several projects simultaneously while meeting established timelines. Format deliverables in a visually compelling manner. Other duties as assigned. Requirements:
Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related program is required. Minimum 5 - 7 years of relevant work experience in marketing, communications, business, or related role. Exceptional understanding of marketing best practices. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights and make data-driven decisions. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing strategies and solutions. Exceptional business writing skills, with the ability to quickly identify the right tone/message and craft compelling content for the intended channel and audience. Strong attention to detail and laser-sharp editing and proofreading skills. Strong time and project management skills including proven ability to work on several projects simultaneously while meeting established timelines. Advanced skills in MS Office including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and TEAMS. Willingness to test and learn (using emerging marketing tools like ChatGPT) and adapt (measure engagement and customizing content). Ability to work independently as well as be a part of a creative and collaborative team. Has a "can do" attitude and proactively seeks solutions to problems. Excellent verbal communication skills. Qualities for Success:
Proficient in HTML and SEO, as well as using digital marketing tools and content management platforms.Experience in a fast-paced agency environment.FrenchExperience with Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator and video editing is an asset. Compensation:
