Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients with professionalism and warmth.
  • Manage electronic medical records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate patient flow efficiently.
  • Handle multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries promptly.
  • Support clinical staff with administrative tasks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and treatment rooms.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and privacy standards.
  • Contribute to a positive, welcoming environment for all clients.
  • Manage all essential medical inventory and supplies

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience with electronic medical records systems such as Oscar and Janeapp.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Previous experience in a medical office setting is essential.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional demeanor and customer service orientation.
  • Basic proficiency with multi-line phone systems.
  • Must be able to converse fluently in Cantonese and English.
