We are a Family Practice clinic looking for a Medical Office Assistant to join our team. Our clinic is located near Victoria Drive and 41st Avenue, Vancouver. Fluency in English and Cantonese is preferred (many clients speak Cantonese).

The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling appointments and managing patient records using the EMR (MedAccess). They should also be able to answer phone calls, take messages, and perform other clerical duties. We are looking for an individual who is organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone call and schedule appointments.
  • Greet patients and provide assistance with paperwork.
  • Maintain patient records and filing systems.
  • Collect payments from patients and process invoices.
  • Clean and organize office areas and medical equipment.
  • Perform basic medical office duties.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00-$30.00 per hour
