We're seeking a passionate and strategic marketer to lead Field Marketing for the Financial Services Commercial business—a key pillar of one of the largest industries at Salesforce. This role will focus on the AMER business aligning closely with sales leaders and stakeholders to scale programs and drive consistent impact by aligning to sales goals and priorities.

At Salesforce, the OU Marketing team is the primary marketing partner to Sales. We build and execute integrated marketing strategies that directly support pipeline generation, deal acceleration, and business growth. This role requires a strong cross-functional leader who can bring together stakeholders across the organization—Sales, Product Marketing, Industry Marketing, Events, Campaigns, ABM, and more—to align around one shared vision and execute with excellence.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Act as the strategic marketing partner to the Financial Services Commerical Sales Leader, deeply understanding the business priorities and helping drive pipeline growth and maturity.

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing plans, including demand generation, events, ABM, executive engagement, and digital programs tailored to the Financial Services buyer.

  • Collaborate across the broader Financial Services Marketing organization (including Product, Industry, and Field Marketing), aligning programs with the priorities of the Commercial and Financial Services Business.

  • Manage and influence a wide array of stakeholders across sales, marketing, and product teams—bringing structure, clarity, and focus in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

  • Partner with Sales Strategy and Marketing Operations to analyze the segment, identify growth opportunities, and deliver actionable insights.

  • Own CMRCL pipeline performance reporting and develop frameworks to communicate trends, insights, and impact to both Sales and Marketing leadership.

  • Attend key meetings and events, including Sales QBRs, industry conferences, customer engagements, and internal strategy sessions.

Experience & Skills Required:

  • 7-10 years of experience in Marketing, with a focus on multi-channel campaign execution and demand generation.

  • Proven success in Field Marketing or B2B Marketing roles that required strategic planning and close partnership with Sales.

  • Strong track record of building and executing marketing strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.

  • Demonstrated ability to allocate and optimize budgets across multiple tactics and channels.

  • 4+ years of experience partnering directly with Sales to align on goals, drive execution, and measure results.

  • Ability to juggle multiple initiatives while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a comfort in navigating multiple stakeholders and priorities.

  • Proficiency with Salesforce Products and experience using Salesforce reporting tools to track campaign and pipeline performance.

  • Highly proactive, organized, and able to anticipate needs before they arise.

  • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, including presentation development and delivery.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with frequent change and evolving priorities.

  • Experience in or understanding of the Financial Services industry.

  • Experience with Account-Based Marketing, digital strategy, and events.

  • Willingness to travel as needed for internal and external events.
