The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Field Marketing Manager
to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional marketing strategies that drive pipeline growth, accelerate sales opportunities, and strengthen our brand presence in the market. You also will be responsible for our national event execution including sponsored conferences and owned events with responsibility spanning planning, execution, and ROI for spending. You'll partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Growth Marketing and Partnership teams to design integrated campaigns, events, and programs tailored to target accounts and regional priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute field marketing plans aligned with business goals and sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to identify key accounts, verticals, and opportunities for targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Plan, manage, and execute field events such as executive roundtables, trade shows, sponsored conferences, user groups, and partner-sponsored activities.
  • Create and adapt campaigns that resonate target markets, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and positioning.
  • Partner with Demand Generation to execute ABM (Account-Based Marketing) programs to engage target accounts.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics, providing insights to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
  • Manage field marketing and event budget, ensuring efficient spend and measurable impact.
  • Build strong relationships with sales team members, industry associations, and key influencers to expand brand visibility.
  • Serve as a key liaison between Marketing and Sales to ensure seamless execution of go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within a SaaS company.
  • Proven success in developing and executing field marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Proven success in event planning and execution
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Pay range: $112,500 to $120,000. Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances, including the position, location, individual qualifications, market finances, and other operations business needs.

Depending on the position, compensation may also include commission, bonuses, etc. Potential for bonuses is based on company performance and potential for merit increases is based on performance.
