Shape the Future
For too long legal software has been difficult, boring and stuck in the '90s. We're shaping the future of legal work with fun, delightful products that bring joy to our users and that adds value to their work.
Accomplishing this begins with a great team that cares about our customers, our values and each other.
Make a Big Impact
Legal technology is the last frontier awaiting its technological revolution in the workplace and MinuteBox is at the forefront. We are taking on a massive market and a massive problem across various domains and practice areas.
Company Culture
MinuteBox is a place where leaders are born. Our founding team and management believe in empowering you to lead and excel at what you do best. We value mental and physical health and well-being and strive to create a positive work environment for everyone.
About the job
This is a high-impact role for someone who loves building, not just maintaining. You'll own the marketing function end-to-end and play a key role in shaping how the company shows up in the legal tech space. From brand strategy to demand generation, events to content, you'll help connect the dots between awareness, engagement, and revenue.
You'll partner closely with leadership to define our story, identify where we show up, and measure how our efforts translate into growth. This is a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves position—ideal for someone who can move fluidly between strategy and execution. You'll manage agency relationships, collaborate with Sales, and continually refine how we communicate our value to customers, prospects, and the broader market.
If you love experimenting, thrive on cross-functional teamwork, and get a kick out of seeing great marketing turn into real business impact, you'll fit right in.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Own the marketing function end-to-end, aligning strategy with company revenue goals and go-to-market priorities.
- Build and execute integrated campaigns across digital, content, and events to drive awareness, engagement, and leads.
- Collaborate with the VP, Revenue and other leaders to define target audiences, messaging, and annual marketing priorities.
- Develop quarterly marketing plans with measurable KPIs (traffic, leads, engagement, pipeline contribution).
- Maintain a consistent and differentiated brand voice across all channels and touchpoints.
Digital Marketing Oversight
- Serve as the main point of contact for the company's digital marketing agency (SEO, SEM, paid social).
- Review and approve campaign strategies, creative, and budgets, ensuring ROI and lead quality stay strong.
- Monitor and optimize web performance and conversion metrics, improving landing pages and campaigns with agency support.
- Oversee the company's social presence (organic and paid), maintaining a steady, engaging pulse.
- Support development of thought leadership content—blogs, industry publications, podcasts, and partner collaborations.
Events & Field Marketing
- Oversee the annual events calendar (15–20 events per year), ensuring flawless execution with the Event Lead.
- Partner on event strategy—deciding which events to attend, what type of participation makes sense, and expected ROI.
- Ensure pre- and post-event campaigns are integrated into broader marketing efforts.
- Support the Event Lead in vendor coordination, booth strategy, and maintaining brand consistency across all materials.
Lead Management & Sales Alignment
- Collaborate closely with Sales to define lead stages, scoring, and SLAs for follow-up.
- Ensure marketing-generated leads are captured, qualified, and properly handed off in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Track and report on marketing's contribution to pipeline, revenue, and conversion rates.
- Lead regular syncs with Sales to review lead quality, insights, and campaign alignment.
Brand & Communications
- Act as the brand steward—keeping visuals, tone, and messaging consistent across web, social, collateral, and events.
- Manage the content calendar (blogs, case studies, newsletters, social) to reflect key industry themes and buyer needs.
- Identify and pursue visibility opportunities through PR, podcasts, awards, and review platforms (e.g., G2, Capterra).
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
- Define and track core marketing metrics (awareness, traffic, MQLs, pipeline influence, CAC, ROI).
- Prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations for leadership.
- Stay current on best practices and trends in B2B SaaS and professional services marketing, constantly looking for new ways to raise the bar.
Prerequisites:
- 4–8 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS or technology environments.
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-channel campaigns that actually move the needle on pipeline and revenue.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing — managing agencies, optimizing campaigns, and interpreting analytics to drive smarter decisions.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, funnel management, and how marketing connects to sales processes and CRM workflows.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills — able to balance multiple campaigns, channels, and stakeholders without dropping the ball.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a sharp eye for maintaining a consistent brand voice.
- Naturally collaborative and comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Experience in B2B SaaS marketing within legal tech or a related professional services/compliance space.
- Experience planning and managing trade shows, conferences, or field marketing events.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn metrics into meaningful actions and insights.
- A healthy mix of strategic vision and roll-up-your-sleeves execution — a true player-coach mentality.
