About the Role

We're seeking motivated, RIBO licensed professionals to join our growing team as Licensed Insurance Brokers. This is an on-site opportunity designed for individuals who want to build a rewarding and sustainable career in insurance sales, backed by strong leadership, training, and real growth potential.

Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on coverage options tailored to their needs
  • Manage and process insurance policies with accuracy and compliance
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service
  • Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes to guide clients effectively

Qualifications

  • RIBO
  • Minimum one year in a brokerage or agency
  • Strong knowledge of auto & property insurance products
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
