Job Description
As the successful candidate, you will be a naturally enthusiastic team player who is able to provide best in class service to a portfolio of Broker partners while adhering to Unica's targets. The position requires your strong attention to detail and organization, and an ability to prioritize and successfully manage all accountabilities within a fast paced and high-volume environment.

Positions Available: 1 Permanent / 1 17-month Contract

Responsibilities

  • Service a portfolio of Auto and Property Personal Lines business alongside Underwriters while adhering to Unica's appetite and binding authority
  • Underwrite at a level of moderate risk for policy changes, renewals, and limited new business risk applications within binding authority
  • Educate Broker partners about Unica's target market and strategy
  • Identify opportunities to support Unica's strategy
  • Analyze and report identified trends to Underwriters and leaders
  • Handle calls on the Underwriting queue while adhering to service level standards
  • Willingness to occasionally travel to support the Underwriter with a broker visit or event

Education And Experience

  • University or College degree is preferred
  • CIP/FCIP or working towards one of these designations is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
