With 700+ installations, presence in 125+ cities, 4M+ parcels delivered, and a community of ~150,000 members, Expedibox is the proven leader in last-mile logistics. Now, we're expanding to Toronto — and we're looking for a driven Business Development Representative to help lead the charge.
What you'll do
Canvas Toronto buildings and communities in person to identify new opportunities (Q1 priority)
Generate and qualify leads across real estate, retail, pharmacy, business services and logistics sectors
Engage with condo boards, property managers, and building developers (both new builds and retrofit projects)
Maintain a steady weekly cadence of email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, calls, and event networking
Book meetings, advance deals, and support closing efforts
Own CRM pipeline tracking, reporting, and activity management
Represent Expedibox at local events, property expos, and partner meetings
Collaborate with leadership on the go-to-market strategy and market expansion
Help launch and grow the Toronto network from day one
Target and onboard 50+ new properties or retail locations in your first year
What we're looking for
Must live in the Greater Toronto Area and be comfortable with a hybrid setup — combining coworking, home-based work, and in-person canvassing
3-5 years in business development, inside sales, or lead generation
Experience closing $10K+ multi-stakeholder, long-cycle deals
PropTech, real estate, or logistics sales experience
Prior experience or strong interest in condo boards, property management, building development, or retail partnerships
Bilingual (English/French) preferred for culture fit
Skilled communicator and relationship-builder with a proactive, organized work ethic
Familiarity with Toronto's real estate and retail ecosystem is a strong advantage
Tools & KPIs
Daily use of CRM (Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce) for pipeline management
Outreach tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Slack, and Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs)
Clear performance KPIs: outreach volume, meetings booked, opportunities created, and deals advanced
