Responsabilités

  • Préparer, réviser et formater la correspondance, les factures et les rapports à l'aide des systèmes internes.
  • Maintenir à jour les systèmes de classement physiques et électroniques, en assurant l'exactitude et la confidentialité des dossiers.
  • Servir de principal point de contact pour les clients, les fournisseurs et les partenaires; répondre aux demandes d'information et fournir les détails sur les produits.
  • Appuyer l'administration financière en traitant les factures, en assurant le suivi des paiements et en préparant des rapports.
  • Coordonner les livraisons, planifier les itinéraires et veiller à ce que les commandes soient complètes et exactes.
  • Offrir un soutien administratif aux équipes des ventes et du service à la clientèle.
  • Superviser l'entretien général du bureau et de l'entrepôt (imprimante, camion, chariot élévateur, éclairage, etc.).
  • Gérer les comptes de médias sociaux (Facebook, Instagram) et contribuer aux ventes en ligne.
  • Organiser et maintenir les procédures de bureau selon les politiques de l'entreprise.

Qualifications

  • Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience en administration de bureau, service à la clientèle ou coordination logistique.
  • Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités.
  • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office et connaissance des systèmes de facturation ou de comptabilité de base.
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication orale et écrite.
  • Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et à gérer les priorités dans un environnement dynamique.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration, customer service, or logistics coordination.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic bookkeeping or invoicing software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Maintain and update filing systems (physical and electronic) with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, suppliers, and partners; handle inquiries and provide product information.
  • Support financial administration by processing invoices, monitoring payments, and preparing reports.
  • Assist in logistics by coordinating deliveries, planning routes, and ensuring orders are complete and accurate.
  • Provide administrative support to sales and customer service teams.
  • Oversee general office and warehouse maintenance (printer, truck, forklift, lighting, etc.).
  • Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram) and assist with online sales activities.
  • Maintain organized office procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.
